Harris Guevarra
Founder and CEO
Harris holds a Master of Science in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, and Design from Brunel University London, where he graduated with distinction. He completed a Certificate Course on Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. In 2018, he was chosen to be one of the 25 entrepreneurs to participate in the Young Founders Programme of the Westerwelle Foundation in Berlin.
He enjoys long walks, cooking, and traveling with his family. He published his first book of poetry in 2016.
Kad de Guzman
Head of Operations
Kad has over nine years of experience in the communications and public relations industry. She has been a yoga teacher for more than six years, and likes to surf and skate during her free time.
Maai Avendaño
Head of Project Management
Maai is a project management professional with over seven years of experience in delivering successful projects across various industries, including advertising, corporate communications, and media production. Outside of work, she indulges in her passions of making coffee, binge-watching shows, and traveling.
Danica Faye Java
Head of Sustainability
Danica is a seasoned sustainability professional with expertise in preparing annual and sustainability reports for various industries. She is skilled in data analysis and GHG emissions accounting and stays updated on global sustainability frameworks. A lifelong learner, she enjoys bookshops, art museums, and exploring new cultures.
Katrina Poe
Assistant Sustainability Head
Katrina is a professional in sustainability reporting and branding and has completed a Certificate Course on Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. She unwinds by listening to K-POP music, playing video games with her friends, reading self-help or fiction books, watching true crime documentaries, and taking dance classes.
Denise Bengzon
Head of Editorial
Denise is a seasoned communication professional with nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and content management. She enjoys baking, board games, and staying home with her husband and four cats.
Cholo Dela Cruz
Assistant Design Head
Cholo is an art director and illustrator. Since 2015, he has also contributed his talents as an illustrator to a local publishing house. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to K-pop, watching anime, playing games, and being a devoted dog dad.
John Carlo Despi
Production Management
Carlo has over 16 years of experience in design, publishing, and photography. He is an outdoor person who loves hiking and mountain biking. He is also a photographer and a professional scuba diver.
Freida Tabuena
Head of Human Resources
Freida began her HR career in 2008 at a non-government organization. She has since held various HR management roles, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR strategy. She enjoys watching K-dramas and doing jigsaw puzzles.
Jasmin Estremera
Head of Finance
Jas has always been a numbers person and a problem solver. She majored in Math and Computer Programming and worked as an Actuary before joining Drink. She is a master at billiards, and her favorite pastimes include watching reality shows like Survivor and MasterChef.
Jay David
Head of Business Development
Jay is a Business Management graduate with a focus on marketing strategy and client acquisition. She is also the owner of a thriving vegan cafe in Tarlac, a dedicated fur mom, and a bookworm who loves reading about cooking, business, and self-help.
Trixie Fadullon
Product Development Specialist
Trixie is an environmental advocate with a background in environmental science and expertise in project management and systems improvement. She enjoys watercolor painting, watching anime, reading about Philippine mythology, and supporting local art creators.
